What we do · 01
AI document workflows
Documents in, decisions out, and every value traceable to the page it came from. We build the extraction, review and processing systems that make AI usable on high-stakes paperwork.
Most document AI stalls between a promising demo and a system people can depend on. The model call is rarely the hard part. The hard part is everything around it: what the model sees, the shape of what it returns, how you know it is right, and what happens when it is not.
We build document workflows with structured outputs, validation, source tracing, evaluation and review, on pipelines that keep going when a page fails. AI output becomes a reviewed suggestion before it becomes a record.
What we build
01
Structured extraction
Schema-first outputs with type and semantic checks, and explicit handling of missing values, refusals and truncated responses.
02
Source tracing
Every extracted value linked to the page or passage it came from, so reviewers verify instead of trusting.
03
Human review
Review queues and correction flows that keep human decisions, and never let a later model run overwrite them.
04
Pipelines that recover
OCR, extraction and embeddings run as background stages with checkpoints and targeted retries. A failed page does not restart the job.
05
Evaluation
A reviewed baseline set, per-field quality checks, model and prompt versions, and cost per document.
What you get
- Extraction quality you can measure, not guess
- Reviewers who check evidence instead of retyping
- Large jobs that finish, even when parts of them fail

Questions
Which models do you use?
We are not tied to one provider. We choose by task, data sensitivity, latency and cost, and keep a boundary in the code so the model can be changed later.
How do you stop a model from producing wrong data?
You cannot make a model infallible, so we design around it: schema and semantic checks, confidence handling, source evidence and a human review step before output becomes a record.
Can this sit inside our existing product?
Yes. Most document AI work is an addition to a workflow that already exists. We start with where automation helps and where a person should stay in control.
